Can my unit be accessed by others?
Your key will open your unit only plus the exterior gate.
Warooka Storage will have access and check from time to time for vermin control.
Is there any discount for payment in advance?
Yes we offer 2.5% discount on rental payment in advance of 12 months.
How do we pay?
Payment for rental is in advance via electronic funds transfer.
What is minimum rental period?
Minimum rental period is 2 months.
Is there security?
The facility is fully fenced with security fencing, has night time sensor lighting and security cameras.
Are there any other fees other than weekly rental?
There is $70 deposit on keys and a $50 initial set up fee.
Are my stored goods insured?
Unfortunately, whilst we have our own Insurance in place for
our staff and equipment, your goods are not covered whilst in our care. We recommend all
storers have their own insurance in place to cover their possessions whilst in storage.
What CAN’T I store at Warooka Storage?
Firearms, explosives, toxic or contaminated items, food, perishable goods, live plants and animals, and any flammable or hazardous goods cannot be stored in our storage facilities.
